Yes. Every sauna we sell in the UK is a traditional sauna, handcrafted and 100% built in Europe from Nordic timber, and the heaters we supply are Harvia. We visit the factory several times a year, and a certificate of origin is available on request. By the time your sauna reaches you, it's already been built and checked by people who've done it hundreds of times.
Every model's warranty is set out on our warranty page, so you can read it before you order. The Mini 2.0, Max 2.0 and Meridian Barrel carry five years on the cabin for home use, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 come on top. If anything ever needs attention, our UK support team starts with remote diagnostics from your photos or video, then arranges an engineer or a replacement part. We've been family-run since 2021, and we stand behind the products we sell.
Delivery is kerbside to mainland Great Britain: the crate comes off the vehicle within reach of it. Assembly and the electrical connection aren't included unless we quote for them separately, in writing, and we may recommend assembly and electrical partners. You'll need a level, load-bearing base ready for delivery (each product page lists the weight), and an electrician registered with a scheme such as NICEIC or NAPIT to connect the sauna to its own circuit, working to BS 7671. It's also worth checking with your local authority on planning or building control. We'll walk you through each step for your space on the call.
