What owners put in writing

4.73 average from 235 reviews

★★★★★

"I bought the Max 2.0 with the Harvia Top Steel heater. The team at PlusLife were patient while I got the site ready, which I appreciated and delivery was smooth once we were set up. I have been in it every day since. The build quality is excellent and it does exactly what I wanted. Two of my mates have already called to order their own."

The question behind every deposit

There have been sauna companies that went into liquidation and left their customers without their deposit. Here is what you can check about us.

  • Your warranty is in writing, per model, before any deposit: we stand behind the products we sell.
  • Some models and colours are in stock and ready to go, others are built to order.
  • Our in-house assembly team installs saunas nationwide.
  • We partner with Harvia, the biggest sauna heater manufacturer in the world and a publicly listed company, with options based on your usage and sauna size.
  • Family-run by a husband-and-wife team since 2021.

Will my order arrive?

Five steps from order to first session

  1. The base goes in.

A deck or a slab, level and ready for your sauna. We go through yours on the call.

  2. It's delivered.

To your address, ready for the build.

  3. It's assembled.

Our in-house assembly team builds it on your base, and they're experienced with the tightest of spaces.

  4. Your electrician connects it.

We have a network of electricians trained on sauna installs, and your own sparky can speak to our team.

  5. Heat it up, then step in.

On average that takes 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the temperature you want and the weather.

What the money buys

Materials designed to last decades, not seasons

You'll find cheaper saunas. This is where the difference goes on our traditional line.

Handcrafted in Europe

Our traditional saunas are designed in Australia and 100% built in Europe, where sauna was born. Certificate of origin on request.

Walls that hold the heat

42mm walls on our premium traditional line, for better insulation, faster heat-up and a better sauna experience.

Benches that won't burn you

Premium thermo-treated timbers for harsh Australian climates: Thermo-Aspen and Thermo-Pine. Benches in Aspen or Alder, knotless and smooth so you don't get burnt.

Before you book

Questions we hear before people book

We're not ready yet. When should we order?

If the model you want is built to order, waiting until your site is ready adds the build time on top. Order now and a deposit holds your unit until your site is ready. We confirm on the call whether yours is in stock or built to order.

Can we see one before we decide?

We get it. You want to see it before you buy. Speak to us about our locations. Showrooms are open by appointment. Ask on the call whether there is a host within reach of you.

Do we need an electrician?

Yes. A licensed electrician connects a traditional sauna, and it's the one cost that isn't on our website, because it varies by property.

Do you ever run sales?

We do. A sale price should have a reason you can hear out loud, and if one is running when you call, we'll tell you what it is.

Can it go indoors?

Yes. Any outdoor sauna can be used indoors: it's weatherproofed. Our infrared line is Australian design and comes in indoor and outdoor models.

Your spec sheet and the technical drawings for your model come with your written quote.

What happens on the call

  • One of the PlusLife team asks about the space, the power and who'll use it.
  • We recommend the model that fits.
  • You get a written quote for your address.

Who should be on it

Deciding with your partner? Have them on the call, or put the phone on speaker so you both hear the same answers.

Have these handy

  • A photo of the space and rough measurements
  • Where the power is
  • What's under it: deck, slab or grass
