Installed, not sticker
What "installed" actually adds, and why the electrician is a separate line
The short answerDelivery and assembly are quoted for your address before any deposit, by our own in-house team. The electrical connection is your electrician's quote, and you see it first.
Four things sit between the sticker and the first session: delivery, assembly, the base, and the electrical connection. The first two are quoted on the call, and our in-house assembly team installs saunas nationwide. The base is yours: a level slab or solid deck that can carry the cabin, sorted before delivery day. The connection is your electrician's.
The electrician. A traditional sauna is hard wired to a dedicated circuit, and a licensed electrician does that connection; the requirement for your model is written down for you before you choose. Electrical costs are not on the website because they vary by property; if a figure is needed the electrician is about $1,500. We also have a network of sauna-trained electricians we can recommend, and if you already have a sparky, they can speak directly to our team.
The number you approve for the sauna, delivery and assembly is the number you pay.
The order these things happen in
- Your free expert consultation. Bring your postcode and access, the spot in the yard, and whichever models you are circling. Ours or anyone else's.
- You leave with four things. Heater sizing, the warranty term, delivery and assembly for your address, and the electrical requirement, all in writing.
- Your sparky quotes off that requirement. The step that usually lands late and stalls a project lands before you choose.
- Now there is one number. Sauna, delivery, assembly, base and electrical, visible together. Decide against that.
Most people don't wake up one morning and decide to buy a sauna. It takes weeks, sometimes months, of research and discussion with your family. The honest timing argument is sequencing: each product page shows in stock, the delivery month if on order, or contact us for availability.
